Videos: WingSuit Flying
If you haven’t seen this before then it is my pleasure to introduce WingSuit Flying to you - The New Frontier of Human Flight!
When I first saw the videos above I just about fell out of my chair. I think you’ll agree that this is about the closest thing EVER to actual human flight to date without the aid of mechanical assistance.
To say this is amazing is an understatement- Most people would have never thought this was even possible. Of course some will call it insane and crazy but those who do are the usual naysayers of any new frontier.
Loic Jean Albert and his friends are pioneers of the same caliber as the astronauts who went to the moon, and those of us who have the same yearning to fly with freedom in the sky like a real bird were given the biggest boost we could have ever asked for before this- Simply by it’s emergence through the selfless acts of incredible bravery on the part of those who are pioneering it.

There was another wing suit post for a while… Then it was pulled off YouTube and I cannot find it anywhere now, but I continue to keep an eye out for it.
For those of you that didn’t see it, it was two guys jumping without music in the background and it was the entire jump- So I really gave the viewer a great perspective on the wind noise encountered as well as to the length of the flight.
Last it was topped off with a tree landing… Hehe.
