The Left and The Right
At the airlines, you’ve got “pro-pilot via pro-company” or just pro-company, and then you’ve just got “pro-pilot.” We could make up a new way to term this stuff now, sort of like left and right, but better.
How about Up and Down? Those aren’t taken yet and they seem so completely appropriate to the Airline Pilot Profession, don’t they? (And by the way the order above is irrespective of the order of the previous definitions, but as airline pilots we can also fight about that too later.)
Bottom line is, that I’ve become convinced that Airline Pilots are as diverse as salt and pepper. They both go on food, but drastically alter the outcome of how it tastes. So how on Earth then can we as Airline Pilots ever be expected to better ourselves under a common, mutually agreed up on plan, once and for all?
Just 2c from me, as I sit here picking the eye booger out this AM
